Q. Who's developing templates for campus websites? Where can I get them?

A. The Division of Marketing & Communications

Q. Am I required to use them?

A. We believe the official position is that any Texas A&M University department is welcome to use them, but is not required to at this time. However, we will refer you to Marketing & Communications on that.

Q. Are there style guidelines for websites?

A. Yes.

Q. Is there a campus-wide content management system?

A. There will be soon. Marketing & Communications evaluated several options and chose Rhythmyx from Percussion to run tamu.edu. Eventually this system will (we believe) be available to any campus group who would like to opt in. Rhythmyx will also be used by Texas A&M AgriLife.
